You can't read the label from inside the jar. You're the jar; the wasted hour is the label, printed facing inward. That's not a flaw in you. It's the geometry of running your own business. The whole job of an outside set of eyes is to sit outside it for one afternoon, which is the only place the label is finally legible.
Why More To Build exists
For years I've written a blog called More To That about seeing your own life clearly. Philosophy, psychology, the inner world. That's my foundation, and it always will be.
More To Build is the other half, the same instinct pointed outward: helping you see your business clearly, then building the tool that fixes what you find. Where More To That helps you see, More To Build helps you make.
AI is what makes that second half possible now. Its real power, I've found, isn't in doing the work you care about. It's in handling the work you don't, so the hours come back to what only you can do. You keep your foundation. I build the engine that lets you stay on it.
How it works
I sit with how your business actually runs and find the three tasks you've gone blind to. You'll recognize them the second I point.
I circle the one that pays back the fastest and build the tool that deletes it. Fixed scope, usually inside two weeks, in the way your business already works.
